RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

•  Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   To request an exchange, please email coraleneegypt@gmail.com with your order details.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached. Products that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for exchange.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing coraleneegypt@gmail.com .
•  For a faster and smoother process, we recommend returning the item directly to the courier at the time of delivery. Return shipping charges will apply.
  - Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags.

SHIPPING FEES

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received is defective or an incorrect product was sent by Coralène.
